Extra Testing Options:
If you would like to do the most thorough testing possible, please consider the following two options:
-
Even though radon is a soil gas, it is not a basement-only issue. Radon gas is transported throughout the whole house via ductwork and convection currents.
We have found numerous homes have radon levels on the second floor of the home (extra fee applies).
-
Granite can be a contributor to overall radon levels. The vast majority of granite countertops have low levels, but some (maybe 3-5%) can be alarmingly high.
-
Payment Section
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. Personal checks are fine.
Our rates are generally 155.00 to 300.00, depending on location and number of monitors required to test the home.
If you would like an estimate first, please fill out the form and ask us what the price would be. We'll respond promptly with the fee.

Our policy is to not release results unless we have received payment for services rendered. In some cases, home inspectors and/or agents with whom we have a relationship are exempt from this policy.
